We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Officer to ensure the company and its clients meet all regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards.
Monitor and ensure compliance with Singapore laws, regulations, and industry guidelines.
Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance policies and procedures.
Conduct KYC, AML, and due diligence checks on clients.
Review and maintain accurate compliance documentation and records.
Support internal audits and regulatory inspections.
Provide guidance to staff on compliance-related matters.
Report and escalate potential compliance breaches to management.
Stay updated on regulatory changes and advise relevant departments accordingly.
Diploma/Degree in Business, Law, or related field.
2–4 years’ compliance experience, preferably in a professional services or corporate services firm.
Knowledge of KYC, AML, and other relevant regulatory requirements in Singapore.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
