Lead recruitment and onboarding to attract and retain top talent.
Oversee performance management, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and HR policies.
Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits.
Provide HR insights and workforce planning support to management.
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
At least 5 years’ HR experience, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in professional services is an advantage.
