We are looking for a skilled and service-oriented IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance, maintain IT systems, and ensure smooth daily operations for both internal staff and client-facing systems.
Provide first-line technical support to internal staff via phone, email, or in person.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and applications.
Assist with system updates, backups, and security measures.
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
Escalate complex issues to external vendors or higher-level IT staff when needed.
Provide basic training and guidance to staff on IT tools and best practices.
Support IT-related projects and process improvement initiatives.
Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
1–3 years’ IT support experience; fresh graduates with relevant skills may be considered.
Good knowledge of Windows and macOS environments, office productivity software, and basic networking.
