We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimise our paid and organic marketing campaigns, driving measurable growth in leads and brand visibility.
Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
Manage SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and traffic.
Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and landing page optimisation.
Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and generate actionable insights.
Conduct A/B testing to improve conversion rates.
Manage budgets and ensure campaigns meet ROI and CPA targets.
Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2–3 years’ experience in managing both SEO and SEM campaigns.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-backed decisions.
Good copywriting and communication skills.
Experience in professional services marketing is an advantage.
