We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Relationship Manager to build strong relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and support business growth.
Manage and nurture relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients.
Serve as the main point of contact for client queries and requests.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services.
Resolve client issues promptly and professionally.
Monitor client satisfaction and implement improvement actions where needed.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service requirements.
Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2–4 years’ client servicing or account management experience, preferably in a professional services or corporate services firm.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
