We are seeking a skilled and versatile Technology Manager to lead our development and design team in creating, maintaining, and optimising websites and digital assets for both internal use and client projects.
Lead and manage front-end developers, back-end developers, and graphic designers.
Oversee the end-to-end development of websites, from concept and design to deployment and maintenance.
Manage website updates, bug fixes, and performance optimisation.
Ensure projects meet functional, technical, and visual requirements within agreed timelines.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to define project scopes and deliverables.
Maintain code quality, enforce best practices, and ensure robust testing before launch.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and design trends.
Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
At least 5 years’ experience in web development, with a minimum of 2 years in a team leadership or managerial role.
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with strong skills in both front-end and back-end technologies.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP (or relevant backend languages), and modern frameworks (React, Vue, etc.).
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and graphic design processes.
Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
